True liberation for the people of Malaya will come when Sabah and Sarawak are no longer colonies and free of a Malaya masquerading as Malaysia.
There was no Referendum onMalaysia in Sabah, Sarawak , Brunei or Malaya .
There was only a Yes or No vote inSingapore on independence of the island through merger with Malaya through Malaysia , a new Federation, facilitated by Sabah, Sarawak and Brunei
Cobbold Commission was not a Referendum.
Also, refer to the amendment on "Federation" in the codified Constitution of Malaya --- being passed off as the codified Constitution of Malaysia --- in violation of the Malaysia Agreement after the departure ofSingapore

SABAH WAS COERCED TO GIVE UP INDEPENDENCE TO FORM MALAYSIA!
Sabah is entitled under 20 Points Agreement with Malaya to control 100% of its finances and resources not the other way round.
We don't have to beg Malaya for anything.
They have stolen so much from us.
We have the say how and what crumbs we wish throw at the colonial pirates.
The M'sia Agreement is no more than a protection agreement which the British dumped on us to get rid of their obligations as colonisers.
In the M'sia Agreement Britain transferred sovereignty over Sabah Sarawak to Malaya which controlled the government of Malaysia.
But Sabah and Sarawak became independent on 31 August 1963 and Sarawak re-gained its independence (1841-1941) on 22 July 1963.
Lawyers out there take note.
THIS MEANS NO SOVEREIGNTY WAS EFFECTIVELY TRANSFERRED!
It (SS independence) INVALIDATED ANY LEGAL EFFECT OF THE MA63.
This is reinforced by 18/20 Points Agreement which reserved and retained Sabah and Sarawak control over immigration into the 2 countries.
This means Sabah and Sarawak control of their territorial sovereignty is still intact.
Malaysia exists because of Kuala Lumpur de facto occupation of our 2 countries.
Sabah and Sarawak independence status must be restored!
Sabah and Sarawak's pre-Malaysia self-determination status of 31 Aug, 1963 and 22 July, 1963 respectively remains undiminished for two reasons: (1) there was no Referendum on Malaysia in Sabah and Sarawak and none in Brunei and Malaya; (2) the idea of Sabah, Sarawak and Brunei being in Malaysia was to facilitate the independence of Singapore through merger with Malaya in the new Federation. Brunei stayed out of Malaysia at the 11th hour and Singapore was expelled from the Federation two years later in Aug, 1965. The oft-cited theory of security for Sabah and Sarawak in Malaysia is an afterthought. Sabah and Sarawak did not get the security promised them. Sabah, like Sarawak, continues to be overun by illegal immigrants who continue to enter the electoral rolls and marginalise and disenfranchise the locals, especially the Orang Asal.
SABAH SARAWAK RETAIN SOVEREIGNTY IN 20/18 POINTS AGREEMENT
A third point should be added:
(3) Sabah and Sarawak retained control of their territorial sovereignty by virtue of the 20 and 18 Points Agreements which are international agreements signed by Malaya with our 2 countries.
This is underlined by SS control over immigration into this 2 countries and their control of their finances and resources amongst other things.
SS firstly overrun by Malayan invasion force 1962-63 assisted with British occupation forces and then Malayan parties and cohorts of illegal voters!
SS were annexed into Malaya as 12 and 13 states. In reality they are colonies of Malaya.
